Pamela Anderson asks Serb designers to avoid fur.

Pamela Anderson, on behalf of PETA, has asked Serbian fashion
designers not to use animal fur in their winter lines.
"Perhaps you are not aware of cruelty which is characteristic to the
fur industry. A majority of animals killed are bred in farms, closed in
cages which are slightly bigger than their bodies,'" the letter said.
"With that much violence in the world which is beyond our control, we
beg you to stop cruelty which you can prevent yourself by taking a stand
against fur," she said.
A great number of fashion designers already sent positive responses to
Anderson, said Olivera Stankovic of Serbia's Freedom for Animals.
